This is Matt Rice with today’s Market Line Report for Wednesday. Weather damage holding corn prices back, as traders eager for USDA report coming out later today. Let’s go to Scott Shellady, with the CME Group.

Chicago Wheat prices for Sept. closed the day up 4, to finish at 495.

Dec. Corn was up ½, to finish the day at 323 ½. Kansas City Hard Red Winter Wheat prices for Sept. were up 2 ¾ to close the day at 416 ¾.

Portland cash prices for soft white wheat for Sep. ended the day up 4, to close at 4-95. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11 ½ percent Protein, prices for Sept. were up 2 ¾, at 4-16 ¾. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Sept. were up 2, to close yesterday at 4.92 ¾.

Live Cattle for Oct. were up $1.15, closing at 108.30. Sept. Feeder cattle up $1.22 ½, to finish yesterday at 146.62 ½. Sept. Class III milk was up $.11, at 16.35.
