I had a question for good friend, avid outdoorsman and outfitter Bill Burnett. Tell me about your life as a large land broker. You say you have some ag properties. One of your listings that looked like paradise for an outdoorsman.

Yeah, we've got a bunch of different types of property, everything from recreational ranches to productive agricultural ranches, mainly throughout central Idaho. Do a lot of stuff in Blaine County and mainly trying to focus on larger tracts that either have a conservation opportunity or properties that have access to unique and substantial hunting and fishing access. So we got some pretty good things listed, everything from riverfront ranches to mountain top ranches and most are scenic and have some pretty good hunting and a lot of that kind of wraps in with a lot of the guiding that I've done previously as far as working with old hunting and guiding clients and putting them with some of these bigger ranches. Pricing can really vary. The closer you get to a city, the higher your price per acre is going to be. Here in South Blaine County, with Any kind of Waterfront, you're going to be looking at around ten thousand an acre. But then when you get up into the more remote areas, that's going to be down around four to five thousand an acre.

These properties are fabulous for hunting, fishing and living. Bill Burnett. Two oh eight four five oh nine four seven six.
