Sit back wait patiently and presto he comes up with exactly what you're looking for. The only finger you have to lift is grabbing a pen and writing a check. Here he is talking about one of his trips.

We were down in the Ascension Bay in Mexico which is world famous for catching the grand slam of saltwater, that would be permit, Bone fish, snook and tarpon. This place is just legendary. That's why we've been down there for the past three years and we'll be going back again this February. And it's just a great trip. You go out every morning into these unbelievable flats. The bone fish are pretty easy to catch but the ones that everybody has the heart attack over are the permit. People chase them their entire lives. Many people never actually touching down hooking one up and actually landing it. Many break off, many rods that blow up during the action because these fish are such hard fighters. Really an epic adventure. We had a couple of guys down on the trip that had never caught fish before. Watching them go after these and just a heartbreak that they go through after missing a cast is definitely a sight to see.
