Beef Consumers like the BQA

The Beef Quality Assurance program is important to the beef industry. At least, that is what people who buy beef think, as well as those who are apart of the program.

Ashley Kohls is a BQA Coordinator for the Beef Council and tells the NCBA - when she talks to consumers, they want to know certain things about what they are buying - and eating.

And Kohl's explains, there is a process for beef producers to go thru before they are an accepted member of the BQA.
