The most action on a fly I've ever seen.

Dennis Peirce and Dean Teegarden are partners that I caught up with at the Boise Sportsmen's Show. They had a jaw-dropping video of a fly wiggling in the water. " It is called a Wigglefin Action disk and slides on your line in front of trolling flies. I had been producing trolling flies for another man and when I saw the action disk, it will animate a fly when it is put in a rod holder, downrigger in all kinds of conditions. So from there, I developed a series of flies that I call Arctic Fox trolling flies. They are based on Arctic Fox fur because of the tensile strength. It is a white fur so you can dye it a lot of different colors and behind the action disk it just swims in the water. What does the action disk specifically do to the fly? It is a concave disk. The original was based on the cup from a contact lens holder. As it is cold through the water, the concave face builds up pressure and as it dumps the pressure off in a random pattern, with a fly design that has long materials to it, like Jaws you get a swimming action out of the fur for feathers that you have behind it. You are pulling a lie behind your boat, you get a wet paper towel. Put the action disk on, you get a swimming bait fish, a swimming leech, something that moves.
