Swing the Fly

 Josh Mills told me: "For you flung fly nerds out there like me, things like steelhead and salmon, trout, whether that's two-handed casting or single spey casting there is a really cool project coming out. It will be in the next couple of months and there is a kick starter campaign that you can be a part of and be on the ground the floor of. My good friend Zach Williams who runs Swling the Fly magazine which is currently an online publication is set to go to print in a limited number of editions. It is a really beautiful, artistically driven magazine that is going to feature some of the best writers, names and photographers in salmon and steelhead fishing as well as spey casting and things like that. I think it is going to be a quarterly magazine that is very artsy. It's not just a how-to. If you go to swingthefly.com they will have a link to their kick starter campaign where you can help by contributing in order to fund the money they need in which to get off the ground floor. They have amazing rewards for the folks who do contribute at specific levels. Guided trips, fly fishing line etc. Every little bit helps to keep the operation going.
