Heidi Alsum-Randall I am the USPB

Heidi Alsum-Randall grew up working at Alsum Farms and Produce alongside her father and other family members. The company is a second generation family-owned and operated business in Friesland, Wisconsin. Alsum Farms grows 2,200 acres of Russet, Red, White, Gold, Fingerling, and purple potatoes.
Alusum-Randall oversees the business national division as the National Sales and Marketing Manager. She just began serving on the United States Potato Board in March. She shares
Alsum-Randall: “I’ve been privileged to attend several USPB meetings with my Dad over the years while he was on the board and while he was Chairman. These meetings always left me energized with new ideas that we could incorporate into our family business. I was always been impressed how the U.S. Potato Board and its members are always focused in their ultimate goal which is maximizing return on grower investment. This is evident in all programs that the USPB has a been involved in. Whether working with retailers, food service channels and suppliers or through extensive consumer research that USPB has conducted. I feel very privileged to represent Wisconsin growers and U.S. potato growers. I look forward to working together to help increase demand for potatoes. I am Heidi Alsum-Randall and I am the USPB.”
