Looking into camo. Isn't it funny that an outerwear that has been worn by hunters for years and years has become one of the hottest fashions in the last decade or so and I am talking camo. All of that said, hunters when it comes to getting out in the fall cold, whether your big-game hunting, or going after birds, particularly waterfowl, it is extremely important that your camo be a lot more than just stylish. Last thing you want is to look good but be freezing cold. I called Sportsman's Warehouse Associate Melissa Lass in Medford, Oregon to talk about her recommendations. "We have a ton of different brands. Do you want to talk specifically for waterfowl hunting? Yes let's talk about that first. We have Under Armour, Drake, Habit and we have the Game Hide. They are all different styles, the Game Hide and the Drake come in four in one's and three in one's, so if they are going to be hunting out in colder weather those are nice to have because if you get too hot you can just undo the insulated part of the coat and just have the shell or you can just have the insulation of the other part of the coat. We have mostly Drake for waterfowl, and it is really good quality so I usually suggest Drake. We do not have too much of the Game Hide but it is really similar to what we have in the Drake, it is just preference at that point. We also have basic soft shell jackets for the habit.
