Consumers around the world want the best beef available, and US beef suppliers are trying their best to continue to provide what the market demands. And not just in the US but all over the world.

Beef providers continue to look to genetics to produce phenomenal females and, in the end, high-quality calves.

For consumers, it is about the ideal steak. But those in the business know, those high-marbled and flavorful steaks start in the pastures where cows with the best genetics as well as proven performance graze will continue to increase in demand.
