What Does a Coyote Taste Like

Furharvesters.com showed auction results for an average Coyote fur going for $50.23 and at the high of $90.00 a pelt. Right now many trappers and predator hunters are in hot pursuit for quality fur. With that being said, does anyone eat them? What does coyote taste like? I wanted to get to the bottom this this so I googled it.
