Geoff Dema Pres. of Growers Services at Farm Link. We adjust recently launched Machinery Link Sharing, the first online based agriculture equipment sharing platform.”We have just recently launched Machinery Link Sharing, the first online based agriculture equipment sharing platform. It is the Uber of agriculture. We actually started talking to ag retailers late in the summer to prove the concept and do beta testing. It went really well. We had a goal of signing up 50 ag retailers and we did it within three months. We have now opened it up to individual growers and producers to put their equipment on as well. It allows owners of equipment to put their equipment on this website and rent it out to other growers when they are not using it. So they are taking what would otherwise be an idle asset sitting in their shed and it is now generating revenue for them. That's the value proposition for the owner. For the user of the equipment, they get access to a piece of equipment they need without having the burden of the cost of ownership. Who establishes the rates? The owner of the equipment does.
