Listen to a speech from Idaho Republican gubernatorial candidate Russ Fulcher to a large crowd of Idaho Farm Bureau members. "I was not shocked by the outcome of the presidential election, I am actually excited by it. Not because I think it was such a big referendum on Trump. It was a referendum on the existing leadership of this nation that they are going the wrong way. The people of America stood up for the first time in decades and said, you know what, socialization of health care is wrong. Federalization of the education system is wrong. Prioritizing the relationship with Islamic nations versus our traditional, historical allies is wrong. Most importantly, allowing the United States of America to get $20 trillion in debt is wrong. So that's how the tie-in comes into Idaho and I know most of you know this because you are more educated and more involved than most of the constituents in the state. You probably are aware of over one third of the budget we operate on in the state comes through federal channels and they are broke and they are broken. That is an issue for us. That is one of those things we need to address. I am hopeful that with a Republican executive administration and House and Senate and with governors across our nation that action will be taken to try and reverse some of the things that I have been talking about. Frankly, I am encouraged by that."

So far, from my viewpoint, more and more people are beginning to accept the election results and are more and more positive.
