VanWinkle: "It's a great opportunity to grow your skills. It will be June 13th in Colorado Springs at their event center. It will be an all day, hands on deal — starting at 9 a.m. and going from there."

The Jr CCA was looking for something new to bring to members as well as other youth involved in livestock. VanWinkle says regardless of your level of skill, the clinic be of benefit.

VanWinkle: "As a exhibitor myself that shows from the county level at local jackpots clear to the national levels multiple times with cattle where I competed very well. I certainly think it is worth your time to improve your skills and catch up on the newest trends. It is changing industry that changes by the minute. It is a good way to stay up on the trends and stay in touch."

Participants are encouraged to bring a calf and their show supplies, but its not required. The participants will be spit into groups according to their skill level, and each has an opportunity to learn one-on-one from industry leading professionals.
