What to do for dinner tonight? Goodness gracious, to I have some thoughts for you.
I know that every once in a while people get into a rut and that is particularly true when it comes to the question: “What’s for dinner tonight?” Here to the rescue is Traci Bracco, Executive Director of the Idaho Beef Council with some menu suggestions that should knock your socks off …oh and give you some protein while you’re at it. “Recipes, cooking tips and more can be found on our super user-friendly beef site which is located at www.beefit’swhat’sfordinner.com and if you need ideas for tonight’s dinner there are over 400 recipes that people can search for keyword or beef cut or ingredient item and get a recipe for tonight’s dinner. If you’re standing at the meat case and you have picked up a new cut of beef and you’re not sure if this should be braised or roasted or can I barbecue this item, all that type of information is on www.beefit’swhat’sfordinner.com and we thought we would share a nice healthy beef recipe with the listeners and that is the wine country meatloaf with sun-dried tomatoes, basil and Parmesan, and this can actually be found on the Idaho beef Council website: idbeef.org and we invite everybody to go there log on and get a copy of the recipe. It is a great spin on the traditional meatloaf, kind of an upscale gourmet meatloaf made with 95% lean ground beef so it is a healthy recipe.
